My father wrote that this is a Model-T. Is that correct? What year is this car?

My grandmother, Ruth Margaret (SMITH) ANDREWS is in the back seat. She was born in 1899, and appears to be about 12 or 13 years old in this picture, so this picture must have been taken around 1911-12?

The girl sitting on the running board, on the left, Elda Mae SMITH, my grandmother's sister, was born December, 1905, and looks about six or seven years old, so this picture must have been taken around 1912-13.
